Registration Guide for PhaPay Portal

To start using the PhaPay platform, you need to register for an account. Follow the steps below to complete your registration.

Step 1: Access the Portal Website

Click on the following link to open the PhaPay Portal Website (opens in a new tab).

Step 2: Register an Account


  1. Once you're on the Login Page, locate and click the "Register" button.**
  1. Fill in the required information as prompted.
  1. Submit the form to create your account.

Note: Make sure to provide accurate and complete details to ensure a smooth registration experience.

Step3: How to Confirm the OTP

  1. After submitting your phone number or email during registration or login, you will receive an OTP via SMS or email.
  2. Enter the OTP in the verification field shown on the screen.
  3. Click "Verify OTP" to complete the verification step.

🔁 If you do not receive the OTP within a few minutes, you can click "Resend OTP" to get a new one.

Note:

  • Make sure your device has network access or check your spam folder.
  • Ensure that you entered the correct phone number or email.

Step4: Login Process (After OTP Verification)

once the OTP is successfully verified, the user will be authenticated and granted access to the PhaPay Platform.

Get Started with PhaPay

To use PhaPay in the Production environment, the Platform Owner must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This is a mandatory step to ensure compliance and enable full access to PhaPay's services.

Why KYC Is Required

The KYC process helps PhaPay verify the identity and legitimacy of the platform owner, ensuring secure and compliant financial operations.

📝 KYC Procedure

To complete the KYC process, follow the steps below:

  1. Prepare Required Information

    • Business name and registration details
    • Description of your platform and its services
    • Ownership or representative details
    • Bank account information for settlement
    • Valid business documents (e.g., license, ID, etc.)
  2. Submit the Information
    Send the above information via the PhaPay Portal.

  3. Verification Process
    PhaPay will review and verify the submitted documents and may contact you for clarification if needed.

  4. Approval Notification
    Once approved, you will be granted access to the Production environment.

✅ After KYC approval, you can begin accepting real payments through PhaPay.

Key Management

After successfully completing the KYC process and receiving approval from PhaPay, the Platform Owner will be issued the necessary credentials to begin integration.

  • A Public Key / Secret Key (or password) specific to your product model/environment.
  • This key is required to authenticate and establish a secure connection with PhaPay Platform.

Next Steps

  1. Store the Key Securely
    Do not expose your key in public code repositories. Store it securely using environment variables or a secure vault.

  2. Use the Key to Connect
    Integrate the key into your system to initiate secure API communication with the PhaPay platform.

  3. Start Using PhaPay
    Once connected, you can start processing payments in the Production environment.

🔒 Important: Treat your key like a password. If it's compromised, contact PhaPay support immediately to regenerate a new key.
